Refund Policy of MyTICKS Events

At MyTICKS Events, we are committed to providing a seamless ticketing experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans may change, and situations arise where a refund may be requested. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

 

1. General Refund Policy

All ticket purchases made through MyTICKS Events are final and non-refundable unless authorized by the event organizer. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged except in certain circumstances where the event organizer approves such a request.

 

2. Event Cancellations or Postponements

In the event that an event is canceled or postponed, we will make every effort to notify affected customers promptly. In such cases, the event organizer will determine whether refunds or exchanges will be issued. MyTICKS Events will facilitate the refund or exchange process in accordance with the event organizer’s policies, but the final decision rests with the organizer.Canceled Events: If an event is canceled, and the organizer approves, a full refund may be issued to the original purchaser. MyTICKS Events will process the refund as soon as the organizer provides authorization.Postponed Events: If an event is postponed, the organizer will determine if your ticket will remain valid for the new date or if refunds will be issued. We will notify you of any changes and guide you through the process.

 

3. Refund Requests for Other Reasons

Refund requests made for reasons other than event cancellation or postponement (such as personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts) will only be considered if authorized by the event organizer. MyTICKS Events will not process refunds without the organizer’s approval.To request a refund, you must contact the event organizer directly or reach out to our customer support team for guidance. If the organizer approves a refund, we will process it accordingly.

 

4. How to Request

f you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps: Contact the Event Organizer: For specific refund requests, you must reach out to the event organizer. They will provide their terms and conditions for refunds. Request through MyTICKS Events: If you need assistance or are unsure of how to proceed, please contact our support team at support@myticksevents.com.au. We will assist you in contacting the event organizer and guide you through the process. Provide Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the original order confirmation or ticket details when requesting a refund.

 

5. No Refunds Without Organiser Approval

Please note that MyTICKS Events will not issue any refunds without the explicit approval of the event organizer. All decisions regarding refunds, exchanges, and ticket cancellations are at the discretion of the event organizer. MyTICKS Events will act as an intermediary to assist in processing the organizer’s decision.

 

6. Special Considerations - Ticket Reselling:

We do not allow the resale of tickets except as permitted by the event organizer. Unauthorized resale may result in the cancellation of the tickets and no refund being issued.Event Access Denied: If entry to the event is denied due to incorrect information provided at the time of purchase (e.g., incorrect personal details or fraudulent activity), no refund will be issued.
